1. APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:

The present conditions apply to the wine sale of Les Vignerons de Rozeilhan accessible through the online-shop. They are automatically placed at the purchaser’s disposal on the homepage of the website www.clamery.fr. The purchaser just has to click on “General Sales Conditions” (below indicated G.C.S.) to know the conditions of his order, even before it starts the process of order. Therefore, the act of placing an order implies total commitment to the present general conditions of sale.., with the exception of all other documents such as prospectuses, catalogues issued by the seller  that have only an indicative value

Should the seller at any given moment choose not to impose one or more of the general sales conditions, this does not imply that he renounces his right to impose these same conditions at a later date.

Our offers are reserved exclusively for private clients, excluding professional retailers.

Any sale will become final only after approval and invoicing of order by SAS Les Vignerons de Rozeilhan. The seller also reserves the right to cancel an order become final in case of discovery of quality impairment likely to undermine the reputation of his wines.

 

 

 

2. PRICES:

SAS Les Vignerons commits himself on prices announced on the site within the limits of the available supplies.

The prices are indicated ex works and in Euro (€). They are indicated inclusive of VAT, excluding shipping charges, specific packing and net of all discounts.

 

Products delivered in Metropolitan France(excluding Corsica): prices take into account VAT and French laws.

 

3. PAYMENT:

Terms of payment

The price of the ordered articles is payable entirely to SAS Les Vignerons de Rozeilhan, from the purchase order on the web site, according to one of the following methods of payment.

Methods of payment

We invite you to pay by bank card via Internet. This payment, accomplished on the site e-transactions of our partner Crédit Agricole, is totally secure.

Attention: only bank cards presenting the initials CB, VISA, EUROCARD, and MASTERCARD are accepted.

RESERVATION OF PROPERTY:

By express agreement, the products sold to the customer remain the property of the seller where ever they are, up to their entire payment by the buyer.

 

4. SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs vary according to quantity. We offer the shipping costs for any order upper or equal to 72 bottles which can be delivered in metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) at one single address, except promotional offer.

 

5. TYPE OF TRANSPORT:

The type of transport and the choice of carrier is the responsibility of the seller, taking into account the interest of the purchaser, as well in term of delays as quality.

 

 

6. METHODS AND TIME OF DELIVERY:

The carrier delivers to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of ordering.

Time of delivery in France: Delivery times are generally 10 to 15 working days for metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) , 3 to 4 weeks in exceptional cases.  In case of imperative, please indicate the date you would like to have the wine delivered. If we cannot respect this date, we will contact with you before sending the wine.

The time of delivery have only an indicative value within the limits of the available supplies or any other event not due to the seller. Therefore, late deliveries may not give rise to any damages. Nevertheless, if 3 months after the indicative date of delivery, the wine was not delivered, the sale will then be able to be cancelled at the request of the purchaser, and he will be able to acquire the restitution of  the amount paid.

 

 

7. TRANSPORTAND RESPONSABILITY :

Merchandise is sent at your risk. Therefore it is your responsibility to check the package contents at time of delivery and communicate any reservations if needed, in the following way: *

On the delivery form supplied by the carrier,* and in all cases, by warining SAS Les Vignerons de Rozeilhan within three (3) days following delivery of the package by carrier. In case of lack or of damage, notified by reservation,  SAS Les Vignerons de Rozeilhan will if required, deliver you again, or restitute the amount paid at command.

Your right: As provided for in article L. 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you have the possibility to return, at your charge, to our head office, the product within then (10) days

following the delivery, for exchange or refunding, in good shipping conditions and in the original package with the original invoice.

SAS Les Vignerons de Rozeilhan will take the costs of return at his charges (on the basis of the rate in force) only if two conditions are united : The delivery was not comply with the order, and you have communicated the reservations to the carrier. In that case, please contact our customer service

whose mentioned hereunder.
